Primus Technologies Receives the 4-Star Excellence Award from Raytheon

Headquartered in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Primus Technologies manufactures and tests electronic systems and assemblies. Offering zero-defect quality and on-time delivery, Primus Technologies won the Raytheon 4-Star Excellence Award for its Network Centric Systems and Missile Systems in 2006. 

As one of the largest providers of guided missiles in the world, Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) recognizes suppliers based on factors such as long-term quality performance, on-time delivery, and a continuous commitment to improvement.

The IDS subsidiary of Raytheon employs over 60,000 people worldwide and brings in $23.2 billion in revenue annually. Focusing on innovation in civil government, cybersecurity, and defense systems, Raytheon has been in business for 94 years. Company representatives that have received the Raytheon Excellence Award have stated that it is an honor to achieve that level of recognition from a company as established as Raytheon. Every year the awards ceremony is held at Raytheon’s US base in Waltham, Massachusetts.
